The Three-Axis Forging Manipulator (Type S) is engineered for high-speed and accurate handling of lightweight forged components. It is available in two variants JL-SS-A1 with 1 kg load capacity and JL-SS-A3 with 3 kg load capacity making it suitable for small to medium forging applications.

This manipulator features a three-axis coordinated movement system that provides smooth, reliable positioning during gripping, feeding, and transferring operations. With a repeat accuracy of +/- 0.1 mm, it supports consistent production quality even in demanding industrial environments.

A pneumatic clamping mechanism ensures quick, firm, and safe gripping of hot workpieces. The system operates on standard AC 220V power and requires 4.0 - 6.0 kg/cm2 air pressure, making it easy to integrate into most forging workshops. It is designed to handle up to approximately 25 cycles per minute, depending on model and application load.

The unit is built for long service life with stable floor-mounted installation and can operate efficiently within an ambient temperature range of 0C to 50C. This makes the Type S model a dependable solution for manufacturers aiming to improve productivity, reduce manual effort, and achieve precise automated handling of small forged parts.
