The Series Six-Axis Forging Robot is builtfor modern forging automation, offering stable performance, high efficiency,and precise motion control. Its 6-axis structure allows complex movements,accurate positioning, and flexible handling of both small and heavy components.

Available in payload variants of 25kg, 35kg, 50kg,70kg, 165kg, and 210kg, the robot covers a wide range of forgingapplications including loading, unloading, billet handling, die lubrication,and part transfer.

With a working radius of approx. 1831to 2655 mm,high repeat accuracy ranging from +/- 0.02 mm to +/- 0.05 mm, and areliable pneumatic system (4.0-6.0 kg/cm2), this robot ensures consistentperformance in demanding environments.

It features a Chinese/English touchscreen interface,making operation easy for any forging shop. The robot enhances productivity,reduces manpower load, improves safety, and delivers uniform output duringforging operations.
