Leaf Spring Machine

Leaf spring machines are intended and configured to compress springs to a predetermined distance while selecting the testing load for each spring that will be consistent with its level of hardness. The machine's primary attributes are: spring compression up to a predetermined height to enable proper load testing. The spring is forced to its firm height during scragging or set removal. Leaf spring machines have maximum efficiency and durability. These are applied to springs that have excess stress at their solid or necessary deflection. Each spring is at least once flattened after heat treatment. The result is a reduction in height overall due to plastic deformation.
